A Lot Check ordered by architects and design firms for their clients. Delivered on the Lot Check schedule: 24 hours for a US home lot, 48 hours for US multifamily or commercial, 3 business days outside the US.

Co-branded (1.5× list): "Prepared for [your firm] · Study by Lotcheck." No setup fee. Extra reviews $749 per hour.

White-label (3× list): your firm's name only; we never contact your client. Requires the one-time White-label setup. Extra reviews $1,499 per hour.

Paid in full with each order. Volume discounts by agreement. Expedited delivery on request, subject to approval. Full refund if we miss the delivery time; no refunds after delivery.

A feasibility study, not a sealed document. Anything that needs a stamp or signature is done by our licensed partner professionals, or by you as architect of record.
