Reserve a Komuna unit – 5% deposit

Reserve your Komuna prefab units with a 5% deposit per unit. The deposit includes every Komuna study for your lot: the Lot Check and the Site Plan Study. The balance is invoiced under the purchase agreement; delivery is estimated at 6 to 9 months from the deposit, plus permitting.

Prices are ex factory, South Florida. Transport to your lot is paid by the client and quoted together with the crane, foundation, site work, utility connections and permits.

Unit prices: ADA Commercial Cabana (wheelchair accessible, 462 sq ft) $115,500, unit only · Câbana Tropical (hospitality unit, 462 sq ft) $101,000, unit only · Single Family (Kamona, 930 sq ft) $232,500, unit only · Casita ADU (400 sq ft, Florida DBPR filing in preparation) $200,000, complete.

The ADA Commercial Cabana, the Câbana Tropical and the Single Family exclude exterior cladding and interior flooring, chosen and quoted with you; the Single Family also excludes kitchen cabinetry and appliances. The Casita ADU price includes all four, fitted on site.

Refundable within 14 days of payment, less the list price of any Komuna study already delivered for this reservation. After 14 days the deposit is non-refundable.
